NJDEP Delays Issuances of Issue Emergency Flood Hazard and Stormwater Rulemaking

NJDEP is delaying issuing emergency rulemaking, and making changes to FHCA Rule and the Stormwater Management Rule. They will be holding stakeholder meetings at the end of June.
